What is Stored Energy suppression technology?
The CAFS (Compressed Air Foam System) suppression is a simple pressurized vessel
using water. Foam is then injected from a separate container. The
pressure is made through either air or nitrogen tanks and discharged using a
patented mix chamber system to offer high expansion results of approximately
20:1, for example; 60 gallons of water using 1% of foam concentrate offers about
1200Gallons of finished foam solution!! To top things off, there is no
thinking of proportions, all you do is fill the water tank and open the air
valve, then the discharge valve and hold on to the nozzle for incredible
suppression performance!!
